Body Corporate
The Body Corporate has been established to provide general maintenance and security on behalf of all the owners of the estate. It will cover but is not limited to:
- Maintanence of the Electronic Gates
- Street Lighting
- Rubbish Collection
- Maintenance of the Roads
- Gardening and Materials/Supplies
- General Maintenance of the Estate
- And Any Other Charges that the Body Corporate Members Deem Fit.
